First engrave the acrylic for the sign you want to make with the engraving machine, then bend the aluminum letter channel by hand, along with the engraved acrylic edge.

You need to stick the aluminum channel with the acrylic sheet with glue at the same time; then engrave the PVC or iron board for backing.

Arrange well the LED line by line and stick on the backing board with double-sided sticker; put the backing board with LEDs into the letter channel in the sign shape.

Finally, stick the channel against the backing board.
